Many painful joints can be repaired using ozone joint injections also known as Prolozon™. Prolozone™ is an injection technique used to help heal joints and ligaments using a local anesthetic and vitamins that are injected into the joint and then followed by a small amount of ozone. The ozone gas stimulates a healing response and encourages the cells in the joint to start repairing themselves.
